Woodhill Station East is proud to offer quality apartments at an affordable price through various affordable housing programs. Our rents are designed to stay within reach for individuals and families across a range of incomes.

Maximum Income
The maximum income is determined based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and the household size. Income limits are reviewed and updated each year, typically between April and June.

| 2 Persons | $67,200 |
| 3 Persons | $75,600 |
| 4 Persons | $84,000 |
Minimum Income
The minimum annual income for the household must exceed 2.5x the rent amount and is determined based on the unit’s set rent.
Minimum income requirements do not apply to voucher holders. (Section 8, VASH, etc.)
